    Dr. Rev. Laura Palmer is a reiki master teacher, has a masters of metaphysics and a doctorate of holistic life counseling from the University of Sedona.


    Studying metaphysics and the highly sensitive person character trait for 10 years, Laura is uniquely prepared to share her knowledge to help you discover your gifts and bring them out into the world, to guide and advise you on becoming your true self, an empowered empath.


    Laura is an empath and lives in Evergreen, Colorado where she enjoys seeing beauty everywhere.

    In a nutshell, the term was first coined by Dr. Elaine Aron in her book “The Highly Sensitive Person.” She identified common traits such as sensitive to smells and sounds. Another term would highly reactive. You are welcome to read more about it in the Blog section.

    A reiki session looks different to different practitioners. My reiki sessions consist of you relaxing while I run subtle energy to your body in order for your to release old energies and receive new energy.
